PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP

The Practice has a Patient Participation Group and is keen for more patients to join the group.

The group is there to work closely with the Practice to develop and improve the services it can provide, foster good working practices and increase patient and Practice understanding of each other's role. It explores ways of improving communication and accessibility to services for all, but particularly infrequent attendees, those in outlying areas and those who find it difficult to get to the surgery.
