If your regular medication has been approved on a repeat prescription basis you can order in a number of ways:
- In person - drop your repeat slip in at reception (or a written request) with the required items clearly marked.
- By telephone to 01228 791328 Please contact after 9am to help us manage the urgent early morning calls. You now have the option to leave your medication request on our prescription line as well, making sure you speak clearly and provide your full name, address/date of birth, full name of the medications you require, and where you would like to collect them.
- Online - via Patient Triage https://florey.accurx.com/p/A82646 or call into surgery to register for "Patient Access" for online prescriptions.
It is also possible to send prescriptions to a nominated pharmacy for collection and our receptionist will be happy to advise you about this.
Please ensure we have your up to date contact details and a nominated pharmacy if you would like to use the electronic repeat prescribing service.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
