Cumbrian patients and carer’s are the first in the UK to have a ‘trip advisor’ type website allowing patients to leave comments and rank their experience with a simple five star rating. All comments and ratings are posted for anyone to review and read. Patients of all ages can leave their comments whether they have visited their GP or had a spell in hospital. Children from across the county have also been using the system and have recorded their experiences.
