Longtown Medical Centre - Doctors surgery opening times and what to do when we are closed

For any non-urgent medical or admin queries, you can contact us online by clicking HERE. You can also use the link to order your repeat prescriptions and fit notes.
If you have borrowed a blood pressure monitor from the surgery and still have it, please could you return it ASAP. We are running out of the monitors and will be unable to continue with this important home-reading service for our patients if we do not get them back.

Opening Times

Please note: We are open from 18.30 to 19.30 on various evenings for extended access - these evenings are subject to change.

When We Are Closed closed_sign

You should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it's not a life-threatening situation.

Call 111 if:

* your GP practice is closed or you are away from home

* you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency

* you think you need to go to A&E or need another NHS urgent care service

* you don't know who to call or you don't have a GP to call

* you need health information or reassurance about what to do next

For immediate, life-threatening emergencies, continue to call 999.
